How do I return my purchase for a refund?

PRINT PRODUCTS

If you purchased a print book directly from F. A. Davis and find that it does not meet your expectations, you may return it in salable condition with a copy of your invoice within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and a full credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

 

If the print product you purchased included an Access Code, and you have already scratched off the silver strip and/or registered the Access Code, the book cannot be returned.

INSTANT ACCESS/ONLINE ONLY PRODUCTS

Instant Access, online-only products, including eBooks and online programs, are non-refundable.

PACKAGES/BUNDLES

Package and bundles of products must include all components or credit will not be issued.
